Haven't purchased your assessment yet? Right now, Paragon Funded Trader is running the LEAF promo — a lower assessment cost can also move you into a cheaper coaching tier above.
Valid through September 30. Offer applies to your Paragon Funded Trader assessment purchase, separate from Academy coaching fees.
Purchase ChallengeGet funded with account sizes up to $500,000 and profit splits up to 90% with the add-on. Trade FX pairs and CFDs on Indices, Commodities, Metals and Cryptocurrencies on the platform of your choice — DXtrade, MatchTrader, cTrader or GooeyPro. No hidden requirements: every rule is published up front.
You grow a $100,000 funded account to $120,000 and request a $16,000 withdrawal. You receive $12,000 (your standard 75% share); we retain $4,000. The balance becomes $104,000 with the trailing drawdown locked at $100,000 — so $4,000 is the maximum you could lose before violating the rule.
Illustrative example drawn from our published payout rules. It is not a promise of results, and trading involves substantial risk of loss.
Select One Step, Two Step, or Three Step and hit the profit target for each stage — 10% on One Step, 10% then 5% on Two Step, or 5% per step on Three Step — while staying inside the loss limits. Automated strategies are permitted, subject to our prohibited trading policy.
Once you pass, complete KYC verification and the Trader Agreement. Your funded account is typically created and issued within 24–48 business hours. The rules stay identical to your assessment, minus the profit target. Capital is notional and backed by the Company, which does not change your trading conditions.
Request your first withdrawal whenever you are ready, then every 30 days, directly from the trader dashboard. You keep 75% of gains as standard, or 90% with the profit share add-on. Note that withdrawing all gains locks the trailing drawdown at your starting balance and forfeits the funded account, so most traders take partial payouts.
Account sizes run from $5,000 up to $500,000, and each one is available on the One, Two and Three Step frameworks — choose the structure that matches how you actually trade. (Showing Forex/CFD examples)

The daily loss limit resets at 5:00 PM EST and is calculated from the greater of the prior day's end-of-day balance or equity. The Hold Over Weekend add-on (10% of plan cost) removes the Friday cutoff, with only crypto tradable over the weekend. One evaluation per specific account size and plan tier at a time — a $100k One Step and a $100k Two Step can run together, but not two $100k One Steps.
Specific numbers, published before you buy — targets, breach levels, funding timelines, and profit splits, all in writing.
Click Withdraw Profits in the trader dashboard at any time for your first request — there is no minimum holding period. Subsequent requests can be made every 30 days, and approved withdrawals are paid via the available outbound payment solutions, subject to the applicable payment split. On approval, the maximum trailing drawdown locks at your starting balance.
The standard split to the trader is 75%. The Profit Share Increased to 90% add-on costs 20% of the plan price and is selected at purchase — no hidden scaling ladder or consistency gate required to reach it.
No minimum-day requirement and no max-time requirement on the One, Two, or Three Step frameworks — pass in three days or thirty, your call. The only clock is the inactivity rule: one trade every 30 consecutive days, or the account hard-breaches.
Pass your assessment and you receive KYC and Trader Agreement instructions by email. Once both are complete and your documents are in, the funded account is typically created and enabled within 24–48 business hours — with a confirmation email when it goes live.
DXtrade, MatchTrader, cTrader, and GooeyPro (via GooeyTrader) — trade where you are comfortable. Our risk software is synced with the accounts we create, so you will always trade an account provided by us.
Ask about the daily loss limit or the trailing drawdown and you get the worked example, numbers included. Every rule that can breach your account is published before you buy, and your progress and breach levels are visible in near real time in the trader dashboard.
There are two categories of breach, and the difference matters. Your dashboard updates in near real time — monitoring your breach levels is your responsibility.
We close the trades that violated the rule and you continue trading in your assessment or funded account. Example: leaving a position open past the Friday 3:45pm EST weekend cutoff.
A violation of the daily loss limit, the max drawdown rule, or the 30-day inactivity rule. A hard breach fails the assessment or removes the funded account, and any gains accumulated in a funded account are forfeited — unless the Payout Protector add-on was purchased, which keeps you eligible for your applicable share of the gains held at the time of the breach, subject to the normal payout requirements and the Terms and Conditions.
Calculated from the greater of the prior day's end-of-day balance (closed P&L only) or end-of-day equity (balance plus open P&L), and it resets at 5:00 PM EST each day. One Step: 5%. Two Step: 4%. Three Step has no daily loss limit.
The One Step 6% drawdown trails your closed-balance high-water mark and locks at your starting balance once the pre-defined return is achieved. Two Step (8%) and Three Step (5%) drawdowns are static — set from your starting balance and they never trail.
Thirty consecutive days with no trading activity on the account is a hard breach. A single trade resets the clock on both assessment and funded accounts.
All trades must be closed by Friday 3:45pm EST; anything left open is closed automatically, which is a soft breach. The Hold Over Weekend add-on disables the requirement, though only crypto instruments trade over the weekend.
Opening a position within 3 minutes before or after a News Event is prohibited. The rule protects the integrity of the program and is not meant to penalize inadvertent trades, but violations may result in the position being closed with its P&L removed, leverage being reduced, or the account being breached. The Company determines what constitutes a News Event.
No group trading, signal services, passing services, or copy trading from accounts you do not own (copying between your own accounts is permitted). No third-party or off-the-shelf "pass-the-challenge" strategies, no switching strategies between assessment and funded, no arbitrage between accounts, front-running, latency or pricing exploitation, insider information, or gambling-style maximum-leverage positions.
Straight about the risk: trading is risky and is not suitable for everyone. We do not promise profits, funding, or payouts — only a clear, consistently enforced set of rules and notional capital behind you when you meet them. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Disables the flat-for-weekend requirement so positions can be held through Saturday and Sunday. Only crypto instruments are available for weekend trading.
Raises your share of funded-account gains from the standard 75% to 90% — a materially larger share of every approved withdrawal.
Request payouts twice per month instead of the standard once per month (after your first payout).
Payout Protector does not prevent a Funded Account from breaching. If purchased, it protects the trader's eligible gains from being forfeited following a hard breach, provided all other withdrawal conditions are met and the account is not otherwise in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
No arbitrary waiting period before your first payout request, and no ambiguity about what a withdrawal does to your drawdown.
See the worked payout example in our transparency section for a step-by-step illustration of a withdrawal.

"Trading real capital!"
"Paragon is all that is right in the prop firm world. Major factors:
1. They offer live trading session coaching. This is huge and yes it has a cost associated, but it actually establishes a precedent for following through with trading strategy.
2. This is the big one... you are trading real capital once funded! They are not a prop firm preying on the failed assessments and throwing you out for faulty rule violations. They want you to win because they are actually winning. You are trading real money!
Can't recommend the paragon team enough. Been working with them for years but now that they are officially with Prop Account as a partner, they are going to take off!"

"Paragon Recommendation"
"I have been trading with Paragon Elite Trading for several months, and I am very pleased with the curriculum and mentoring I have received. Matt is an excellent coach and mentor, and does an excellent job teaching and breaking down concepts and strategies. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced as a trader and coach, and I have improved so much with the 1-on-1 mentoring sessions. He is also very supportive throughout the learning process and flexible with his schedule in order to meet your mentoring needs. I also very much appreciated the financing options which are available that lower the cost of learning, which can be a big obstacle for new traders."

"Transparency. Finally."
"Every rule, every guideline, every
promise is exactly how PFT spells it
out in their marketing copy. You know
exactly what you're getting and how.
I could focus solely on trading. Then
the moment of truth - the payout.
Clockwork. Loving my decision."

"Withdrawal process was straightforward"
"Requested my payout from the trader dashboard, and the split was exactly the 75% that was published up front. Nobody moved the goalposts. Worth knowing the trailing drawdown locks at your starting balance once a withdrawal is approved — that is documented too, so no surprises."

"Platform choice matters to me"
"I trade on cTrader and did not want to relearn a new terminal for an assessment. Being able to pick between DXtrade, MatchTrader, cTrader and GooeyPro meant I could just trade the way I already do. Support answered my questions about the weekend-flat rule quickly."
★★★★★ RATED 5 OUT OF 5
"Funded account came through as described"
"After passing, KYC and the Trader Agreement took me an evening, and the account was issued inside the stated 24-48 business hour window. The funded rules were identical to the assessment apart from the profit target being gone, which is exactly what the FAQ said."
★★★★★ RATED 5 OUT OF 5
"Picked the plan that fit my style"
"I am a slower swing trader, so the Three Step plan with no daily loss limit suited me far better than a one-step sprint. Having three frameworks side by side with the targets spelled out made the decision simple instead of a gamble."
★★★★★ RATED 5 OUT OF 5
"Support answered on a Sunday"
"Had a question about the news restriction window before a Monday open and someone answered in Discord within ten minutes on a Sunday night. That kind of response time is rare in this space."
★★★★★ RATED 5 OUT OF 5
"Started at $5k and scaled up"
"Wanted to test the whole process cheaply before committing. Passed the small account, got paid, then moved up to $100k with confidence. Being able to verify the payout on a small size first matters a lot."

You choose one of three plan frameworks and an account size, then trade an account we provide under published risk rules. The One Step plan has a 10% profit target, a 5% daily loss limit and a 6% trailing max drawdown. The Two Step plan targets 10% in Step 1 and 5% in Step 2, with a 4% daily loss limit and an 8% static max drawdown. The Three Step plan targets 5% in each of three steps, with no daily loss limit and a 5% static max drawdown. There is no maximum time requirement on any plan.
You receive an email with instructions for completing your Know Your Customer verification and your Trader Agreement. Once both are completed and supporting documentation is provided, your Funded Account is typically created and issued within 24-48 business hours, and you receive a confirmation email when the account is being enabled. Funded account rules are identical to the assessment, except there is no profit target. The standard profit share to the trader is 75%, or 90% with the Profit Share add-on.
Your first withdrawal can be requested at any time from the trader dashboard, and thereafter no more frequently than once every 30 days. Approved withdrawals are paid via the available outbound payment solutions, subject to the applicable payment split. We reserve the right to change withdrawal methods and options at any time.
They depend on your plan. One Step: 5% daily loss limit and a 6% maximum drawdown that trails on closed balance until it locks at your starting balance. Two Step: 4% daily loss limit and an 8% maximum drawdown that does not trail. Three Step: no daily loss limit and a 5% maximum drawdown that does not trail. The daily loss limit resets at 5:00 PM EST and is calculated from the greater of the prior day's end-of-day balance or end-of-day equity. Breaching the daily loss limit, the max drawdown, or 30 days of inactivity is a hard breach.
You must be at least 18, or the applicable minimum legal age in your country. Subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, traders from all countries can take part — excluding OFAC-listed countries — unless otherwise limited at the Company's discretion.
No. Our risk-management software is synced with the accounts we create, which lets us analyze your performance in real time for achievements and rule violations. You must use an account that we provide, on DXtrade, MatchTrader, cTrader, or GooeyPro (via GooeyTrader).
On a soft breach we close the trades that violated the rule and you continue trading. A hard breach — the daily loss limit, the max drawdown rule, or 30 days of inactivity — fails the assessment or removes the funded account.
All trades must be closed by 3:45pm EST on Friday unless the Hold Over Weekend add-on has been purchased; anything left open is closed automatically. That is a soft breach, so you can continue trading once markets reopen. Only crypto instruments are available for weekend trading. If a holiday closes markets on a Friday, you are responsible for closing positions before the prior Thursday's close.
Automated strategies are allowed, subject to our policy on prohibited trading. Copy trading from one account to another is permitted only if you own all of the accounts involved. Group trading, signal services, passing services, and any other method that bypasses individual strategy are not allowed.
The rules are exactly the same as your assessment, except there is no profit target. The capital is notional and may not match the amount on deposit with the Liquidity Provider, but notional funding does not impact your trading conditions in any way.
Your first withdrawal can be requested at any time; thereafter you can request one every 30 days. Click "Withdraw Profits" in your trader dashboard and enter the amount. Approved withdrawals are paid via the available outbound payment solutions, subject to the applicable payment split, and we reserve the right to change withdrawal methods and options at any time. When a withdrawal is approved we also withdraw our share, and your maximum trailing drawdown locks at your starting balance.
Yes, unless the Payout Protector add-on was purchased. Without it, any accumulated gains are forfeited on a hard breach. With it, you remain eligible to receive your applicable share of the gains that existed at the time of the breach, subject to the normal payout requirements and the Terms and Conditions. Payout Protector does not prevent the breach or keep the account open.
