CONSISTENT RULES. SUPPORTED TRADERS. FAST PAYOUTS.
MANAGEMENT TEAM

The people behind the platform.

Paragon is run by a small, focused leadership group covering risk, trading infrastructure, compliance, payouts, and trader support. Every rule you trade under, every breach review, and every approved withdrawal passes through one of the desks below.

Chief Executive Officer

Matt Stephenson is the CEO of Paragon Elite Trading and Paragon Funded Trader, with more than 25 years of experience managing and trading assets across Futures, Forex/CFD, Equities, and derivatives markets. A CFA Charterholder and MBA graduate of Columbia Business School, Matt began his career in institutional portfolio management, where he analyzed and valued diverse business models to allocate capital using disciplined, risk-adjusted frameworks.

For over a decade, Matt has coached traders around the world to trade in virtually every asset class, helping them develop professional, risk-first trading processes designed for consistency rather than speculation. His work focuses on execution quality, high-probability trading, strict risk management, and behavioral discipline—areas he believes drive long-term success.

Chief Operating Officer

Jade Levine serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Paragon Funded Trader, overseeing the firm's daily trading operations, technology infrastructure, and risk management framework. With over 15 years of experience in high-frequency trading (HFT) and financial technology, Jade specializes in bridging the gap between traders and developers to optimize execution speeds.

Prior to joining Paragon, she led operations at TryDayTrading, where she spearheaded a 40% improvement in trade reconciliation efficiency. Jade holds an MBA from CMU's Tepper Business School and is committed to building a robust, scalable infrastructure that supports rapid growth.

Vice President

Justin Evans is Vice President of Paragon Funded Trader, responsible for overseeing the firm's proprietary capital allocation and driving strategic growth across asset classes. With over 12 years of experience in financial markets, Justin focuses on optimizing P&L and improving operational efficiency through advanced technology and superior risk controls.

Prior to his current role, he was a senior trader with a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar portfolios for high-net-worth clients. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from BYU and actively contributes to the firm's content creation and curriculum.

HOW WE ARE ORGANISED

Six desks, one standard.

Leadership at Paragon is deliberately flat. Each desk owns a defined part of your journey, and none of them can quietly change the terms of another.

FUNDING DESK

Capital is allocated, not simulated on paper

Once an account is funded, it's sized and scaled according to a fixed schedule — not adjusted case-by-case. Scaling thresholds and account caps are published up front, not decided after the fact.

SUPPORT DESK

Real people, published response times

Tickets are answered by trading-desk staff, not a script. Standard requests are handled within one business day; account and payout issues are prioritized and tracked until closed.

EXECUTION DESK

Orders are routed, not warehoused

Trades are sent to the same liquidity your broker/LP uses — we don't sit on the other side of your position or delay fills to manage risk against you. Slippage and rejections follow the same rules as a standard live account.

INTEGRITY DESK

Rules apply the same in both directions

Accounts are monitored for prohibited activity — copy trading across accounts, latency exploitation, and other rule violations — using the same systematic checks used to catch drawdown breaches. Violations are flagged by software, then reviewed, not assumed.

DATA DESK

One feed, no discrepancies

Pricing and quotes come from the same Liquidity Provider feed used for retail accounts described in the Execution Desk. There's no separate "challenge" feed with different spreads or fill behavior.

TRADER DEVELOPMENT DESK

Coaching tied to your actual account

Traders in the Development Program get feedback based on their own account data — drawdown patterns, rule breaches, risk sizing — not generic strategy content unrelated to how the account is actually evaluated.

WHAT LEADERSHIP OWNS

The commitments we sign our names to.

Held by the management team
  • Published rules only — profit targets, loss limits, drawdown mechanics, and breach definitions are documented before purchase.
  • Funded accounts run the same rules as the assessment, minus the profit target. There is no max-time requirement.
  • Trader profit share of 75% as standard, or 90% with the Profit Share add-on purchased at checkout.
  • Funded capital is notional and backed by the Company; notional funding does not change your trading conditions.
  • Funded traders that are entitled to a payout will receive their payout within 24-48 hours.
  • Traders from all countries are accepted, excluding OFAC-listed countries, subject to applicable law and Company discretion.
